Ben actively listened to gain knowledge from my husband's family, of him growing up as a child, being an Uncle, and Ben asked me questions which allowed me to reminisce about my husband and our years together.

Ben brought to this solemn occasion laughter and joy, enabling the service to be respectful, enlightening and human.
